Welcome to "Home Sweet Home" on Michigan Volleyball "Up Close."  In this section you can learn about all of the places that we call home. Cliff Keen Arena, the U of M Campus, and all of our support facilities that make the University of Michigan a wonderful experience! Click on the clips below to learn all about the places we call "Home."

The support facilities include Michigan's unique weight training and conditioning program taht maximizes the student-athlete's time as well as their results.  Individualized programs determine proper training and nutritional needs for peak perfomance.  Separate facilities are located in Canham Natatorium, Crisler Arena, Schembechler Hall, and Yost Ice Arena.

In the area of athletic medicine, Michigan has a staff comprised of 13 certified athletic trainers, 40 student trainers, a nutritionist, counselors and five team physicans.  The esteemed University of Michigan Hospital system provides the most advanced medical diagnostic testing and treatment resources available.  U of M has nine satellite athletic training rooms and two full-service facilities in Canaham Natatorium and Schembechler Hall.

Finally, the Academic Success Program (ASP) at Michigan possesses the best of both the athletic and academic worlds.  Housed in the brand new 12 million, 38,000 square foot Ross Academic Center, U of M provides its student-athletes with a nationally recognized and comprehensive academic support system.  ASP offers a comprehensive tutorial program, individual and group study sessions, academic performance and degree progression monitoring.
